The American underground is punching above it's weight again with thrashy melodic idiots like Diarrhea Planet, together Pangea, Fidlar and Parquet Courts. Hell this video isn't much to look at but the power pop thrills of 'Platinum Girls' is infectious and makes me want to high five someone immediately.
