There must be some darkness residing in Putney I wasn't aware of, and a Delorean. His EP '1992' is out now, and while this song is a definitely highlight there is much more to hear from this talented young producer. I'm assuming 1992 points to this young mans birth year so this song aptly suits the theme set by the title. Hats off to 'BRTHR' for the VHS horror treatment too.

Delta Spirit - California
Originally from California but now based in Brooklyn (where else), Delta Spirit's woozy ode to Californian youth is wistfully captured here by director Abteen Bagheri. While not being the most original of premises or executions, his focus on the young girl's experiences and resulting uncertainty with her new clique come across really well. Bagheri is a relatively new director previously responsible for ASAP Rocky's hoodlum-packed 'Peso'.
