Dee Dee Penny has finally delivered the album I've been looking for. As is the trend, she plunders more 80s and 90s sounds, but less on the Lush and MBV front and more Siouxsie and even an old favourite of mine, Transvision Vamp. The new record "Too True" is out January 28th and after a couple of listens I'm already hooked. I'd love to see this live. HINT FOR SXSW PR AND WHATNOT.

Directed by Cody Critcheloe who has made some mad-as fuck videos for SSION plus other collaborations for Santigold, Peaches and MNDR. He's got a unique style and maybe a misspent art school background.
