Silicon - God Emoji

New Zealander Kody Nielson flexes those nimble fingers of his but on this project they restlessly dart and jab at synthesizers, not guitar strings. He's veered dramatically away from previous project Opossum and here inhabits a murky, sleepless, disco neverland, maybe created in those sleepless insomniac nights he encounters regularly. I like the reference to a 'God Emoji' also, it's definitely music for our (almost) dystopian digital age.
